Two of the condo buildings are located in converted single-family Victorian homes, one of which is the old Drayton building. There are 6 2 bedroom units in each building, ranging in size from 1,100 to 1,280 sq. ft. The units feature many high-end finishes including hardwood floors, exposed brickwork, granite counters, and high-end stainless appliances. Parking is provided at the rear, with some units allocated a space in a covered secured building.

This remainder of the development is situated in three former apartment buildings which have been converted into 31 condo units.

There are two floor plans available, ranging in size from 811 to 855 square ft.
