Broadway lofts is one of the few real loft style condo developments to be found in downtown Salt Lake City. Originally built in 1901 Broadway Lofts started life as the J.G. McDonald Chocolate Co. The building was converted into a small number of loft style condos in 1999. Some of the features that can be found in these lofts are large warehouse style windows, high 18ft ceilings, exposed ductwork, exposed brickwork and great views of downtown SLC. Units range in size from 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom 800 sq. ft, to 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2600 sq. ft.
